This leading National Law firm is looking to add a Corporate Associate ( Private Equity and M&A Experience) to their preeminent Vancouver Corporate Group.

As part of this experienced group of practitioners, the successful candidate will assist this exceptional team in providing legal and strategic expertise on domestic and multi-jurisdictional M&A and private equity transactions to sophisticated clientele.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a member in good standing of the Bar of British Columbia.
  • Have 2 to 4 years of corporate law experience focusing on Private Equity and M&A .
  • Have strong knowledge and interest in business and commercial transactions ;
  • Corporate Governance Experience is an asset.
  • Have exceptional client service skills.
  • Have excellent communication and drafting skills; and
  • Have top academic credentials.
