Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across all segments.

- Ensure seamless transition of confirmed business to the operations team for flawless execution.
- Assist the Director of Sales in developing strategies, forecasting, and leading key initiatives.

- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of successful sales experience in hospitality, event, or catering services.
- A strong presence and network within the local market.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven by performance and results.
