Nunavut Arctic College is dedicated to providing high-quality educational opportunities to all residents of Nunavut through its five campuses: Nunatta Campus in Iqaluit, Kivalliq Campus, and the Nunavut Trades Training Centre in Rankin Inlet, the Kitikmeot Campus in Cambridge Bay, and the Piqqusilirivvik in Clyde River. The College operates Community Learning Centres in all 25 communities, offering accessible learning opportunities throughout the territory. The Nunavut Research Institute, a division of the College, supports traditional Inuit knowledge, conducts research, and provides scientific guidance to the Government of Nunavut.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Iqaluit, NU for a Manager of Marketing, Communications, and Recruitment. The Manager will oversee daily marketing operations, develop and implement communication strategies, and manage recruitment campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coordinating marketing efforts, managing projects, and communicating with stakeholders to promote the College's programs and initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge or experience with Indigenous communities and cultures is an asset
