Job Description

We are looking for an 'ideas' person. You need to be a talented designer, full of creative energy, experience in marketing and want to work as part of an award winning team.

As an (Intermediate-Senior) Graphic Designer you will play a vital role in shaping visual narratives for our projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional design and marketing solutions.

This is not your average design role. We're looking for a well-rounded creative mind who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make an impact at all levels of our work.   • Location-Savvy: Familiarity with Southwestern Ontario will give you an edge, as much of our work is locally targeted.
  • Skilled in Communication: Fluent in English, with the ability to develop engaging, persuasive content.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, preferred
  • Minimum 5-6 years experience (Agency experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for design and experiential
  • Strong skill in layouts, typography, line composition, colour, photography, comping, visualization, and graphic design fundamentals
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Natural communicator with strong visual and verbal presentation skills
  • Hustler at heart who can adapt to rapidly changing priorities in an energetic environment.
  • Collaborative spirit and drive to take ownership of the work
  • Proven ability to independently lead design processes from ideation to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and solve problems independently.
  • Intimate knowledge of Southwestern Ontario
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
