About Us: Our client is dedicated to delivering robust IT infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of modern businesses. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Network Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining, securing, and optimizing our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support technologies including Cisco routers/switches, Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, ASA, FTD, FortiGate, Meraki, Sophos, and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Manage and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and VPN configurations.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues during escalations.
  • Replace defective components and ensure optimal performance of network systems.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance while maintaining security standards.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams and incident logs.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with Cisco technologies, routing protocols, and firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, Palo Alto).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Knowledge of network security principles and VPN configurations.
  • Proficiency with network monitoring tools like Wireshark or SolarWinds.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
