Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety standards.
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to comply with health regulations.
  • Assist with food preparation during peak hours to support kitchen staff as needed.
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
