Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will leverage your sales expertise and customer service skills to drive business growth and contribute to our overall success.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions through effective communication.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in technical sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with business development practices and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
