Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced to join our team as a cook for Indian Snacks (Pakoras, Tikkas, etc)

Duties

  • Prepare and assist with menu planning to meet dietary needs and preferences
  • Cook and assemble meals following established recipes and safety guidelines
  • Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices
  • Serve meals to guests or residents in a professional manner
  • Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
  • Support catering events by preparing and presenting food items
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Experience in Indian appetizers cooking.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
  • Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant settings, or the food industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Certification or training in food handling and safety is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
