Work Period: Early February 2026 to July 2026
Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position with 5 days per week onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Compensation Range: Ranges from 26CAD/hr - 35CAD/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

As a key member of our Sales team, you'll gain hands-on experience managing and supporting national accounts across Shark and Ninja's growing product portfolio. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders in marketing, supply chain, and finance to help ensure best-in-class customer experiences and execution. From analyzing business performance and creating sales decks to supporting promotional planning and retail strategy, this is a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of what drives revenue at SharkNinja. Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and assisting in the creation of sales presentations
- Support account team with executing retail marketing plans (demos, in store activations, online, etc)
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and key accounts, ensuring that all client inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Foster positive and long-lasting relationships with key account representatives, attending meetings as needed, and assisting in client meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to support the development of effective sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards to track account performance, highlight key metrics, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's program
- Must be able to work a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week schedule with 5 days per week onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate effectively and professionally across internal teams and external partners
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
- Collaborate seamlessly in cross-functional teams while building positive working relationships
- Take initiative with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand how sales strategies translate to retail success
- Analyze sales data and trends to uncover opportunities and support account planning
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with confidence and adaptability
- Demonstrate an interest in consumer products, account management, and the evolving retail landscape
- Bring a problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and act decisively under pressure
