Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, assemble, and package sushi and other Japanese food items
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Ensure freshness, quality, and portion control for all products
  • Organize and restock ingredients and packaging materials
  • Support kitchen operations, including cleaning and sanitation
  • Follow company recipes and Bento production guidelines

Requirements

  • No formal education required
  • Previous experience in food preparation or sushi making is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Basic English communication skills
