About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at Amazon Canada, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive strategic business decisions. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role
  • Experience with e-commerce or retail data is a plus
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts is preferred
