Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and expertise in developing strategic sales initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage key accounts, expand market presence, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering customer relationships, implementing effective marketing strategies, and utilizing technology tools such as Salesforce to optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through coaching and performance management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on B2B markets and new business development
  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new market opportunities through analysis of industry trends and customer needs
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's technical knowledge, negotiation skills, and product understanding
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional relationships

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in technology or technical sales preferred
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development roles
  • Expertise in account management, negotiation, and closing complex deals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $148,845.53-$163,975.49 per year
