Overview / Summary
Clean Cravings Kitchen is a vibrant and growing business that provides gluten free, sugar free, low-carb, Keto and Mediterranean ready made meals and snacks through our retail store and delivery service. Our store is a warm customer centric affable environment where people can stop by and pick-up meals and desserts to fit with their healthy lifestyle We are looking for a dynamic and gregarious individual to join our retail team If you are energetic and excited about healthy clean food, we are looking for you to join our team.

We provide sugar-free, gluten-free whole food meals to help our customers follow a healthy lifestyle.
JOB SUMMARY
Retail Associate is responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills
- keep the selling floor stocked with merchandise
- assist in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas
- goes above and beyond to help all customers and wow them with your excellent customer service skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and engage all customers upon entering the store with a warm and friendly smile
- Assist all customers with finding food, nutrition information and specific products
- Assist & educate customers in better understanding the benefits of low-carb keto food
- Be willing to learn and speak to all areas of our business (aka events, delivery, meal packages)
- Help answer phones, check out customers at cash and tend to all patrons
- Ensure the pristine cleanliness and order of the retail store
- Help ensure accurate and orderly maintenance of all food in retail and back of house
- Work with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Help with other duties as requested
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Nutrition or Keto knowledge or education is ideal.
- Must be available to work Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday, from 10-20 hours/week
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year in a customer service position or similar role
- Great attitude and exude passion and generosity
- Soft skills: Problem solving, creativity skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
