Kids Castle Child Care is a warm and welcoming childcare center committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Our mission is to inspire a love for learning, creativity, and social development in a safe and supportive setting.

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team starting ASAP from 8:30am-5:30pm.

Position: Full-Time Early Childhood Educator in Preschool Class (ages 2.5 to 3 years old)

Location: 10 Copperpond Passage SE Calgary

Wage : $17 - $23 + Top-Up

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities following the Emergent Curriculum.
  • Create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
  • Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
  • Ensure compliance with childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
  • Foster children's emotional and social development through positive guidance and interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2, or 3 certification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
