Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented pattern maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gerber or Pad System with the ability to fabricate and assemble patterns for both knit and woven garments. This role is critical in ensuring that our production process runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall quality of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Create and modify patterns based on specifications and design requirements.
  • Assemble patterns and ensure they meet quality standards before production.
  • Collaborate with sample maker(s) to ensure quality of garment.
  • Create markers and grading for production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the pattern and sample making process.

Experience

  • Experience as a pattern maker in Gerber and Pad System.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills in both English and French.
