Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong focus on Data Warehousing and ETL development
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks, and PySpark/Python
  • Proficient in analyzing and implementing design documents, source-to-target mappings (STTM), and technical specifications
  • Willing and able to work onsite at client locations as needed
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a strong capability to mentor and guide junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate or equivalent
  • Industry experience in the banking sector, particularly in areas such as Risk & Regulatory, Commercial Banking, Credit Cards, or Retail Banking
