Rolling Luxury Experience is a premium lifestyle brand delivering unforgettable luxury services—black-car chauffeur, penthouses, private jets, yachts, and private-chef experiences. We're looking for high-performance sales professionals to represent our brand, connect with high-end clients, and drive growth in our luxury service offerings.

About the Role

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you'll be at the front line of our client acquisition team: generating leads, presenting luxury experiences, and closing sales with discerning clientele. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-value environment where presentation, relationship building, and results matter. After successful training, you may transition to a base contract plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads looking for luxury experiences
  • Present and sell high-end lifestyle packages (chauffeur services, jets, yachts, exclusive events)
  • Nurture client relationships and follow-up to secure bookings
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure premium client service delivery
  • Track your performance and growth milestones in the Sales CRM

Ideal Candidate

  • Confident communicator comfortable with high-net-worth or luxury clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, you follow-through, you exceed goals
  • Previous sales, client-relations or luxury/hospitality experience is an asset — not required
  • Results-oriented, motivated by income potential and personal growth
  • Professional, presentable, and attentive to detail

Compensation

This is a fixed based commission role during the training period. After successful performance and training completion, high performers may transition to a role with a base salary plus commissions. Earnings are directly tied to your performance — unlimited versus cap.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $2,000.00-$10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week
