The successful candidate will
be
:
- willing and flexible to teach other subjects and in an outdoor setting as required;
- be physically capable to perform the duties of the position.
Essential Qualifications
- Valid BC Certification with the TCB, with qualifications and experience at the secondary level with a major in Science and/or Math and training and/or experience in current methodologies and strategies applicable to high school Science or Math. Recent experience teaching BC Curriculum Grades 8 to 12 Math and/or Science
- An intimate knowledge of the Nuu Chah Nulth Language & Culture, and experience teaching in Nuu Chah Nulth.
