Red Pill Labs is looking for a 
Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant or Senior Consultant

to join our growing Dayforce practice.

What You'll Do

• Act as a Dayforce WFM subject matter expert for client engagements and project teams.
• Lead or support all phases of implementation: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, aligning them with Dayforce WFM capabilities.
• Configure and optimize time & attendance, scheduling, labor rules, and compliance policies.
• Build, test, and refine pay rules, schedules, punches, exceptions, and integrations with payroll.
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and UAT while providing trusted guidance and mentorship.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
• Support Organizational Readiness and ensure smooth adoption at rollout.
• Contribute to internal accelerators, templates, and best practice playbooks.
• Stay up to date on Dayforce releases and feature enhancements.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience implementing Dayforce WFM (or equivalent workforce/time management systems).
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, overtime, breaks, premiums, and compliance.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, document business requirements, and lead configurations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Comfort working in a hybrid Vancouver-based team environment.
• Bonus: Dayforce WFM certification.
• Bonus: HR background.
• Bonus: Change management or organizational readiness experience.
