Summary'

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist in our residential landscape projects . Based with our team in our Foothills office, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality outdoor spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.'

'Responsibilities'

Assist project managers with the overall project performance, including developing schedules, handling RFIs, and coordinating on-site activities.

  • Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents regularly.
  • Assist in Procurement of Materials and resources as required for project completions.
  • Assist in the development and management of project schedules using Microsoft office tools and other construction management software.
  • Coordinate project activities, documentation, and communication among team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners and clients during the warranty period.
  • Maintain warranty logs, communication records, and service documentation.
  • Support other administrative functions related to project completion.

  • Proven experience in landscape or general construction project management.

  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Customer service–oriented and committed to providing a positive homeowner experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A degree or certification in construction management or related field is preferred.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
