Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow.
  • Assist with training new staff members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
