Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond Hill, ON, for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to manufacture high-quality products. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production processes, performing quality control checks, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves using hand tools for adjustments and collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and productive workspace.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Machine Operation and using Hand Tools
  • Experience in Quality Control practices and ensuring adherence to production standards
  • Knowledge of Machinery operation and maintenance
  • Effective Communication skills for working with team members and management
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
