Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the transportation of goods and belongings for our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient moving process while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and experience in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload items from trucks and vehicles.
  • Operate equipment as needed to facilitate moving tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clarity on moving requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process, addressing any client concerns or questions.
  • Perform heavy lifting and carry items of various sizes and weights.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and during moves.
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during the moving process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in moving or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
