Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis tools and methodologies, with an emphasis on business intelligence, database management, and project collaboration. The Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, and Visio to communicate findings effectively.
  • Design and maintain databases ensuring optimal performance and data integrity through database design best practices.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support the development of analytical models and perform statistical analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Document workflows and technical specifications in Visio or similar tools for clarity and future reference.

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into meaningful insights.
  • Experience with analytics techniques including statistical modeling and trend analysis.
  • Knowledge of Bash (Unix shell) scripting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
