About the Role:

Join our team as a Warehouse Operations & Compliance Coordinator This hands-on role combines warehouse operations with light administrative tasks. You'll be the go-to person for organizing incoming appliance shipments, operating a forklift with clamp attachment, and keeping our warehouse running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy a mix of physical and computer-based work, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a forklift with clamp attachment to offload trailers and stack appliances vertically.
  • Organize and stage products for delivery and customer pickups.
  • Inspect products for damage and report issues promptly.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and space-efficient.
  • Monitor waste bins daily and enforce proper waste separation.
  • Assist with customer pickups and verify documentation.
  • Collect delivery paperwork and upload to company systems.
  • Use DispatchTrack and Microsoft 365 tools to monitor routes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate with delivery teams and supervisors to keep operations on track.

What We're Looking For

  • Forklift certification and clamp truck experience (required).
  • Comfortable stacking appliances vertically.
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Ability to troubleshoot routing and delivery issues.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics roles is an asset.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying tempuratures.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday.
