Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Student Office Assistant at our Montreal, QC location. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing administrative support, handling office communications, organizing files and documents, and assisting with data entry tasks. The role also involves scheduling meetings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth functionality of daily office operations. This position provides a great learning opportunity in an industrial technology-focused work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently
- Previous administrative experience or currently enrolled in a relevant field of study is an asset
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an asset
