We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our dynamic Fraud Prevention team and help us combat fraudulent activity across our platforms. In this role, you'll investigate transactions, identify emerging fraud patterns, and provide actionable insights to strengthen our fraud-prevention strategies. Your work will directly impact the safety and trust of our customers — and the success of our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Investigate individual transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Analyze large data sets to uncover patterns and emerging fraud trends.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve fraud-prevention tools and processes.
  • Communicate findings effectively with internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Lead and contribute to projects that enhance fraud detection and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven ability to identify patterns, analyze data, and make recommendations.
  • Highly organized and structured work style with a track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a fraud analyst.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience in the travel or banking industries.

Nous recherchons un analyste en fraude pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique de prévention de la fraude et nous aider à lutter contre les activités frauduleuses sur nos plateformes. À ce poste, vous enquêterez sur les transactions, identifierez les nouveaux schémas de fraude et fournirez des informations exploitables pour renforcer nos stratégies de prévention de la fraude. Ce que vous ferez :

  • Enquêter sur les transactions individuelles afin de détecter et de prévenir les activités frauduleuses.
  • Analyser de grands ensembles de données afin de mettre au jour des schémas et des tendances émergentes en matière de fraude.
  • Fournir des informations et des recommandations exploitables afin d'améliorer les outils et les processus de prévention de la fraude.
  • Communiquer efficacement les résultats aux parties prenantes internes de tous les services.
  • Diriger et contribuer à des projets visant à améliorer la détection des fraudes et l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Capacité avérée à identifier des schémas, analyser des données et formuler des recommandations.
  • Style de travail très organisé et structuré, avec une expérience avérée dans la réalisation de projets dans les délais impartis.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Solides compétences en communication en anglais et en français (à l'écrit et à l'oral).
  • Aisance à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur la technologie.
  • Esprit d'apprentissage et d'amélioration continue, partage d'idées et attitude proactive et dynamique.

Qualifications :

  • Expérience préalable en tant qu'analyste en matière de fraude.
  • Connaissance pratique du langage SQL pour l'interrogation et l'analyse de données.
  • Connaissance des outils BI tels que Looker ou Tableau.
  • Expérience dans le secteur du voyage ou bancaire.
