Customer Service / Cashier

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Scan, bag, and process customer purchases efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

- Promote and upsell products or services to increase sales

- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cash handling and sales is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to effectively upsell products or services to customers

- Familiarity with technology sales and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus

- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices

- Multilingual abilities are a bonus

- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirement
