We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Server Assistant. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the front-of-house team, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

  • Clear and reset tables in the restaurant and bar areas promptly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout service.
  • Assist servers and bartenders in delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every order.
  • Monitor table turnovers and communicate with the host/hostess to ensure efficient seating and service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, including floors, furniture, and glassware.
  • Assist with basic food and beverage preparation tasks, such as garnishing dishes and replenishing condiments.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries with professionalism and hospitality.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the restaurant and bar.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old. 
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
