Customer Care and Retail Associate

Are you interested in fashion & design and have an eye for style? Are you a hyper-organized person, who has previously applied their skills in an office environment? We are looking for a motivated, hands-on person to join our team at our Junction Headquarters. In your role, you will support our office team in the backend and ensure excellent customer service in our showroom/store as needed. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, who is also used to working independently. A friendly, customer-service oriented style of work is a Must.

Operations Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations by performing administrating tasks and assisting the office team as needed
  • Assistance with shipping and receiving of stock
  • Carry out office tasks as needed, such as maintaining and ordering office supplies, data entry, return and exchange requests, etc.
  • Answering phone calls and emails as required

Retail Responsibilities

  • Give customers the best experience possible by identifying their needs and expectations
  • Provide customers with adequate, in-depth information about our merchandise
  • Maintain the store organized, tidy, and well stocked following our Merchandising guidelines
  • Keep track of inventory and provide feedback to Sales Director on a weekly basis
  • prepare orders for curbside pickup and ship when applicable
  • Process merchandise through our register system
  • Occasionally work weekends as directed

Qualifications and Assets

  • Retail experience – especially in the fashion industry - is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of all MS Office applications and QuickBooks is an asset
  • Experience with WooCommerce and Lightspeed is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, along with analytical, administrative, and strong organizational skills with emphasis on priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team as well as independently under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Passionate about style and design.
  • Weekend Availability is a plus.
  • Must legally be allowed to work in Canada.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
