We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Property Management team as a Building Maintenance Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, operation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and related systems within government-owned and occupied buildings. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for all building occupants and visitors, while maintaining cost-effective operations.

Essential Qualifications

Experience inspecting, maintaining or operating a variety of carpentry, plumbing, heating and electrical systems, as well as other building maintenance workExperience diagnosing trouble in all types of building systems and determining the proper method, tools, supplies and equipment for maintenance or repair would be considered an asset.Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
