Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, self driven, field technician looking for a role where your expertise is respected and your independence valued.

We're expanding quickly and need a capable, motivated tech to join our team serving the Lac La Biche / Conklin areas. Our work spans across construction, forestry, agriculture and more. No two days are alike, and every job makes a difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working independently in the field in a late model service truck.
  • Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment.
  • Communicating directly with customers and building trust through quality work.
  • Handling everything from field service calls to full equipment rebuilds.

Qualifications

  • Journeyman or 3rd/4th year Apprentice Heavy Equipment Technician OR experienced Automotive Technician ready to transition into heavy duty.
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of jobs start to finish.
  • Solid diagnostic and mechanical skills across multiple equipment types.
  • Strong communicator who takes pride in doing quality work the right way.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
