Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ISAM Engineer (8–12 years) to design, implement, and maintain robust access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), including Access Control, Federation, and Reverse Proxy modules. This role requires deep knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and multi-factor authentication, along with exposure to DevOps tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage ISAM Base, Advanced Access Control, and Federation modules.
  • Implement and manage SSO solutions using ISAM.
  • Create and manage Junctions, and configure ACLs, POPs, and Policy Server settings.
  • Integrate and support Federated SSO solutions using SAML 2.0 standards.
  • Design and implement authentication and authorization flows using OAuth, OIDC, and other mechanisms.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Reverse Proxy, Authorization Server, Policy Server, and LDAP integrations.
  • Support and enhance Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) mechanisms within ISAM.
  • Work with DevOps teams for deployment automation; knowledge of Ansible is a plus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity and access management solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in Access Management and Security technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).
  • Expertise in:
  • ISAM Federation and Access modules
  • Reverse Proxy and Junction creation
  • Policy Server configuration, ACLs, POPs
  • LDAP integration
  • SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC
  • Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.
  • Experience implementing MFA using ISAM or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps tools and Ansible for automation (nice to have).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $75.00 per hour
