Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Marketing Lead position based in Markham, ON. As the
Marketing Lead
, you will own the full marketing function from strategy to execution. You will shape EventGo's brand positioning, drive organizer acquisition, lead demand-generation initiatives, build the content & social ecosystem, and establish our presence across North America. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who can architect the vision while executing at startup speed.

Qualifications

  • 3 Years+ marketing or growth experience, preferably in event-tech, ticketing, local lifestyle, SaaS, or consumer platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the North American (especially Toronto/Vancouver) event ecosystem.
  • Hybrid skill set: brand strategy + growth + content + data analytics.
  • Hands-on execution ability; comfortable operating independently in an early-stage environment.
  • Experience running influencer campaigns and short-video content strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and event management platforms is a plus
