Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Montréal, QC (Hybrid)

Reports to: Head of Human Resources

About the Role

We're looking for an organized and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and support all aspects of HR operations - from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Human Resources to ensure an exceptional employee experience and contribute to building a strong, people-first culture. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow into a leadership role over time.

What You'll Do

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinate interviews, prepare job postings, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Help design and coordinate programs related to engagement, training, recognition, and performance management.
  • HR Operations: Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records in the HRIS.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws and internal standards.
  • Analytics & Improvement: Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and recommend process improvements.
  • Culture & Communication: Promote a positive, inclusive workplace and act as a go-to resource for employees.
  • Support Projects: Partner with the Head of HR on new initiatives, policy updates, and long-term people strategy projects.
