Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable moments for our patrons.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that arise.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Experience in cashiering and handling transactions efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality in food service.
  • Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
