Our commitment to sustainability guides everything we do — from reducing emissions with optimized route planning, to minimizing waste, recycling whenever possible, and planting 10 trees for every move.

We are now expanding our team and looking for reliable individuals who can assist with both moving and cleaning services as part of our growing operations.

Summary

As a Mover & Cleaner at Bright Future Brands, you will play a key role in helping customers with residential moves as well as maintaining clean and healthy living spaces. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, variety, and providing exceptional customer service. Your work directly contributes to our mission of offering environmentally responsible home services while delivering a high-quality experience to our clients.

ResponsibilitiesMoving Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and reassemble furniture with care.
  • Wrap furniture securely to prevent damage during transport.
  • Move boxes, furniture, and household items safely.
  • Load and unload the truck efficiently.
  • Perform packing services when required.
  • Maintain friendly, professional communication with clients.
  • Keep the back of the truck and cab clean at the end of each day.
  • Assist the Team Lead with GPS navigation and other tasks throughout the day.
  • Show a willingness to learn, take direction, and accept constructive feedback.

Cleaning Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial spaces.
  • Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Complete move-out and move-in cleans as needed.
  • Follow eco-friendly and safe cleaning practices.
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning preferences.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Requirements

  • Experience in moving or cleaning required (experience in both is an asset).
  • Physically strong and comfortable lifting heavy items.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Friendly, dependable, and respectful attitude.
  • Ability to take direction and work well within a team.
  • Drivers license and access to a car (mileage paid for cleaning-related travel).
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
