Role Description

This is a hybrid, Kelowna-based role for a Family Physician, combining in-person care at our clinic with flexible remote work options. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care services, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals within a team-based care model. The Family Physician will ensure patient-centered care that supports the health and wellbeing of individuals and the community.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Family Medicine, Primary Care, and Community Health
  • Experience in providing Urgent Care and managing acute and chronic conditions
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and preventive health practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team
  • Medical license to practice in British Columbia and certification in Family Medicine
  • Experience with virtual care and telemedicine is a valuable asset
