Over the past 11 years, we have established a reputation for specializing in artisanal French pastries, breads, and viennoiseries, all of which are handmade onsite throughout the year.

We are currently looking for full-time Front of House staff and baristas to join our dedicated team, someone who has a passion for artisanal craft, especially baked goods, desserts and coffee. The right candidate must be highly motivated with exceptional customer service and a commitment to sharing our vision with our loyal community.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests

  • Familiarize with all food and beverage items on the menu

  • Perform the opening and closing procedures i.e., the setup and break down of stations, clearing and re-setting up of tables, etc.

  • Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of assigned station(s) and establishment

  • Accurately account for all sales in the POS system and be responsible for proper cash handling

  • Protect the staff and guests by complying with sanitation and safety policies

  • Prepare non-alcoholic drinks including espresso, tea, coffee, cold beverages, etc.

  • Maintain a clean working area, appliances, and utensils

  • Other duties may be assigned as required

Skills we are looking for:

  • You are passionate about desserts and coffee

  • Prior experience in a food-serving establishment

  • Completion of Secondary Education

  • Professionalism and a warm inviting personality

  • Must be punctual and reliable

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and have an eye for detail

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Ability to work flexible hours as required (early mornings, weekends, nights and/or holidays)

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
