The Appointment Setter plays an essential role in driving our growth by engaging potential clients, introducing Citron's hygiene solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce Citron Hygiene's services and solutions.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, facility type, and hygiene requirements.
- Schedule appointments, with key decision makers from potential or existing customers, to meet with Citron sales representatives.
- Manage and update lead and customer information accurately in Salesforce.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, inbound leads, and lapsed accounts to generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Marketing teams to align on lead quality, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
- Represent Citron Hygiene professionally, creating a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to service excellence.
What you'll bring
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Experience in high-volume cold- calling, prospecting, appointment setting and nurturing customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and engage decision-makers in conversation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems (an asset).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets in a performance-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
