As a Sales Operations Analyst for PGGA (Product Group – Grid Automation) Business Unit you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and supporting the sales teams across North America. This position involves managing sales data, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Sales Process Management Coordinate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
- CRM Management Maintain and optimize the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and improved reporting capabilities.
- Data Analysis Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Sales Support Provide administrative and logistical support to sales teams, including performance tracking, report preparation, and onboarding of new team members.
- Customer Service Assist in resolving inquiries and issues from the sales team to maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
- Product & Market Knowledge Develop a solid understanding of the market, industry trends, and the company's grid automation portfolio to effectively support sales initiatives.
- Technology Proficiency Leverage various sales tools and software to improve operations and communication.
- Cross-Functional Communication Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies and initiatives.
- Problem-Solving Identify and resolve operational challenges to continuously improve sales outcomes.
- Organizational Skills Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Change Management Drive change and foster alignment across teams to support evolving business needs.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing & Sales function such as Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
- Experience with enterprise software solutions.
- Proficiency in and Microsoft PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
