Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
  • Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices in all food handling activities
  • Take customer orders accurately and process transactions efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of food handling safety standards and practices
  • Ability to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
  • Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
