We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in a fully supported environment, working alongside a registered pharmacy technician. This structure allows you to focus on what matters most: delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Reporting to the Owner, you will support daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing and verifying prescriptions and supervising medication preparation and dispensing
  • Providing professional, friendly, and supportive patient interactions
  • Identifying and resolving workflow challenges to maintain efficiency and safety
  • Mentoring and supporting pharmacy staff
  • Providing medication counselling and clinical services, including injections, medication reviews, minor ailment assessments, and prescription adaptations/extensions
  • Preparing and witnessing Opioid Agonist Maintenance Therapy (OAMT)
  • Managing inventory, including ordering, narcotic counts, discrepancy resolution, and safe disposal
  • Supporting the growth of non-dispensing and appointment-based clinical services
  • Preparing daily deliveries and ensuring secure opening and closing of the dispensary

YOU BRING

  • Licensed Pharmacist (or eligible for licensure) in Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A genuine commitment to high-quality patient care

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
