Automotive Sales Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Saturdays as required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in car sales, a valid OMVIC license, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and over the phone.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct product presentations and test drives.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales while maintaining professionalism.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Manage sales documentation and update CRM records.
  • Work collaboratively with management to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience (luxury experience an asset).
  • Valid OMVIC license required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
