Job Summary

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Lakeridge is seeking a Sales Porter to join their team.

A Sales Porter at JLR plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. Your contributions will help maintain the dealership's high standards of service and hospitality in our automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable for customers and staff.
  • Coordinate vehicle movement between the dealership lot and showroom areas
  • Assist with customer test drives by retrieving and positioning vehicles
  • Provide support to staff by delivering vehicles to designated areas.
  • Support vehicle deliveries by ensuring cars are clean, fueled, charged, and adequately staged.
  • Assist with dealer trades, licensing process, and other errands that support the sales process
  • Provide shuttle services to sales customers as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dealership lot at all times.
  • Monitor and report any vehicle damage or necessary repairs

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Multilingual skills are an asset, but not required.
  • Experience in a luxury automotive dealership required

Work Environment

  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Weekend and evening availability may be required
