Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- Lead the development, evolution, and execution of the BoomerangFX brand across all channels.
- Oversee brand guidelines, messaging, positioning, and visual identity to ensure consistency and market differentiation.
- Plan and manage brand campaigns that support product marketing, sales, and company growth initiatives.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Own email strategy across lifecycle, nurture, product, and promotional campaigns.
- Build segmented journeys using HubSpot or similar tools (automation flows, triggers, A/B testing, engagement reporting).
- Optimize deliverability, CTR, and conversion through data insights and creative testing.
Social Media Leadership
- Drive organic and paid social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage content calendars, creative asset development, community engagement, and performance reporting.
- Oversee influencers, creators, and external social partners where applicable.
Content & Copywriting
- Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content—blogs, landing pages, email copy, case studies, scripts, product messaging, and social content.
- Maintain a strong brand voice and ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and conversion goals.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, build, and manage partnerships with industry associations, vendors, influencers, and event organizations.
- Negotiate co-marketing agreements, joint campaigns, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
- Track partnership performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
Campaigns & Brand Launches
- Lead brand launches, product rollouts, and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and email.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage creative production, timelines, messaging, and go-to-market strategy end-to-end.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing;
experience in SaaS or technology is strongly preferred
. - Proven track record in
email marketing, social media management, copywriting, and partnership development
. - Strong understanding of brand positioning, creative strategy, audience segmentation, and digital analytics.
- Experience launching and managing brand campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, lead creative direction, and execute with a high level of ownership.
