TRNT Education is a leading academic enrichment and university-prep institution in Vancouver. We are expanding our Business & Entrepreneurship division and are now seeking an experienced Business Competition Instructor to join our growing team.

We are looking for an instructor who can coach high-school students for major North American business competitions.

This position focuses on teaching foundational business concepts, case study analysis, presentation coaching, and guiding students to develop competitive strategies for business competitions.

Responsibilities

  • Teach small-group and 1-on-1 business competition prep classes
  • Provide training in marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, management & case analysis
  • Guide students through case presentations and competition deliverables
  • Develop lesson plans tailored to the competition's rubric & scoring
  • Offer constructive feedback to help students improve analytical and presentation skills
  • Collaborate with our academic team to build high-quality business curriculum

Requirements

  • Background in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
  • Experience with Business/Case Competitions (as competitor or instructor) strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for teaching high-school students
