APERÇU DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e)
chef de projet expérimenté(e)
pour piloter des projets industriels et d'infrastructures soutenant nos opérations de fabrication. La personne idéale possède une solide expérience en gestion de projets, de bonnes compétences financières et une aptitude à mobiliser les parties prenantes pour assurer des livraisons efficaces, sécuritaires et alignées sur les priorités de l'entreprise.

Relevant de la direction des opérations, le ou la titulaire planifiera, coordonnera et réalisera les projets selon la portée, l'échéancier et le budget établis, tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion.

Responsabilités:

Gouvernance et supervision de projets

  • Diriger le cycle de vie complet des projets, de l'initiation à la clôture, selon les meilleures pratiques de gestion.
  • Évaluer les propositions, budgets et ressources pour assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques.
  • Élaborer et suivre les plans de projet, appliquer les mesures correctives nécessaires et gérer les risques pour éviter tout dépassement.
  • Garantir le respect des objectifs de portée, de coûts et de qualité.

Gestion des parties prenantes et communications

  • Agir comme principal point de contact et assurer une communication claire et efficace.
  • Fournir des rapports et recommandations favorisant la prise de décision éclairée.
  • Maintenir l'alignement des projets avec les priorités de l'entreprise.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Installations, PPR, MRE, Ingénierie, Opérations) pour une exécution fluide.

Exécution opérationnelle

  • Superviser entrepreneurs, fournisseurs et équipes internes pour des travaux sécuritaires, conformes et dans les délais.
  • Appuyer les processus d'approvisionnement liés aux équipements, matériaux et services.
  • Documenter les leçons apprises et soutenir l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion de projets.

Qualifications:

  • Baccalauréat en génie, gestion industrielle ou domaine connexe.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets manufacturiers ou industriels.
  • Expérience en projets multidisciplinaires (installations, équipements, procédés).
  • Bonne compréhension de la budgétisation, planification et gestion des risques.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et mobilisation des parties prenantes.
  • Certification PMP ou équivalent, et titre d'ingénieur (OIQ) considérés comme des atouts.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an
experienced Project Manager
to lead industrial and facilities projects supporting our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, financial insight, and stakeholder engagement to deliver initiatives efficiently, safely, and in line with business goals.

Reporting to the Operations leadership team, the Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget, while driving continuous improvement in project management practices.

Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Oversight

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, following recognized project management practices.
  • Assess proposals, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, apply corrective actions as needed, and manage risks to avoid cost or schedule overruns.
  • Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality goals throughout execution.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, maintaining clear, timely communication.
  • Provide accurate updates and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Keep projects aligned with business priorities and collaborate with internal teams (Facilities, PPR, MRE, Engineering, Operations) for seamless execution.

Operational Execution

  • Oversee contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, and compliant project delivery.
  • Support procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects (facility upgrades, equipment installations, process optimization).
  • Strong skills in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting abilities.
  • PMP certification or equivalent training is an asset.
  • Engineering license (OIQ) is an asset but not mandatory.
