What You'll Accomplish With Us
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here's what you'll do:

  • Prepare branch review documentation, meeting agendas, and audit reports.
  • Support compliance supervision and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Approve KYC updates and new accounts.
  • Assist with site reviews and resolution of deficiencies.
  • Respond to advisor inquiries and coordinate with head office departments.
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to team meetings.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
  • Stands out for their initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Has or is willing to complete the Investment Dealer Supervisors Course.
