Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a dynamic work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials
  • Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
  • Valid "G" driver's license required
  • Must be available for shifts between 5am-5pm Monday through Friday
  • Opportunities for advancement and skill development possible for a motivated individual who consistently exceeds expectations
  • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Must work well in a diverse team

Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (i.e. 50lbs)
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation is preferred
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety standards
